a little departure!!

hopefully over the coming weeks i will be doing a little experimenting with inking. this one was done with a uniball vision fine pen. i think the line is charming and understated. probaly not right for azla though. i think a 00 brush for azla but we shall see!!

I agree with you on Azla though, needs a more lush, thick and thin line ... to go with those beautiful pencils of yours.

Dig the girl on the right too. I think part of what makes the image/style is the incomplete lines. That's the charm. Feels a lot like an illustration style for a children's book. Maybe with some watercolors or somethin'. Either way - I dig it. THough you're right, maybe not quite right for comics.
