Outlaw Angel gets a little colour!!

Here is a little work in process. Okay so you probably going to ask why didn't you clean up the drawing before you coloured?? well it's my little experiment. I saw "The Ultimates 3" book this week that Joe Mad did and said why the hell not follow in the masters foot steps and keep the energy of the original pencils and color right on top of it.
We shall see how it turns out! :)

I love seeing the pencils underneath the color! There's something so fresh about those preliminary scribbly lines...too often that freshness is lost when the lines are erased.

Looking forward to seeing the finished version of this! Great stuff.

i was just looking at it again, it gives more of a 3d look

i suggest putting a very thin ink line around the objects to separate them

if not on this one, something else

Looks great! The pencil in the eye is the only distracting bit for me.

Amazing!! Love the soft, hand-drawn feel the un-altered pencil line gives it. Great stuff.

Robin bro I thought I had posted on here how much I love what you are doing with my characters but I don't see it up. So if you don't already know I love what you are doing. You actually keep me motivated to do the book. I look forward to the other covers as well.
