I love your stuff and have for many years, I hope I don't grilled for this! I have always thought hands are part of your strong suit, they are almost always very expressive and solid in construction. The girl in the middle has some manly hands and some more elegant shapes as oppose to blocky ones might suit her personality better, my opinion nothing more.
